Excelente! Habitación funcional, cómoda y limpia. Desayuno sencillo incluído (café, pan, cereal). Hay restaurante de sushi en el primer piso. Personal amable.

Excelente lugar para hospedarte, la atención es muy buena, cuentan con estacionamiento cerrado, quizá el pequeño detalle es el Internet es algo lento pero de todo lo demás esta super excelente, totalmente recomendable
A/C, hot water, half-decent wifi, secure parking and a large clean room that even had an aprtment sized fridge. I took away one star only because of the amount of street noise, but that eventually died off and we were able to sleep without issue. Note the parking lot is behind the building, so you have to drove around the block to get there, but it wasn't hard to find. 833 pesos for a king bed / 2 people. We'd stay here again.
This is a good place. This is a four stars hotel, and, despite it can be seen somewhat simple, for the size of the city that is Chilpancingo, it's actually a very good hotel. The value for money is good and it's not in a bad location inside the city. The service is good and has space for parking inside the facilities. For some reason in the night that we stayed in the hotel there was no hot water, but that's unusual and maybe just asking some help would've been enough for solving the problem. This place fulfilled 95% of my expectations.
